which work together, and for each Lazaris gives a days-on/days-off formula for listening which follows the pattern with which your subconscious works most
effectively in creating change. Though they are not subliminal recordings, once you have listened to them consciously, many may be used at night while
you're asleep. Each double-cassette title consists of two 30-minute meditations.
For most effective use, begin with either title and listen to the meditation twice a day for seven consecutive days. This will set the new, positive programming in the Subconscious Mind. The meditation works equally well as you sit in meditation (remaining awake) or as a sleep program as you drift off into sleep.
Once you complete one seven-day cycle, repeat it, using the other title. This will more powerfully "set" the program so that it is more a part of you.
Afterwards, these releases may be used as needed to reactivate the positive programming you desire. During acute periods of fear and worry or stress, it is suggested that you use the particular title again, twice a day for seven days.
On each title Lazaris mentions a specific symbol to be used effectively to reduce fear and worry or stress. It can be extremely valuable to hold that symbol mentally in your daily activity.
